This video talks about how to die as a Buddhist and how in the end of your life all that matters is the Dharma. Family, jobs, friends, and nothing in your life is your refuge anymore. Your only refuge in the end is the Dharam.

Dhammapada

I joined a Dhammapada practice group at my Temple. We are going to reflect on a verse each day all throughout the day and then write our reflections down at night after meditation.

The verse I picked from chapter one:

Mistaking the false for the true
And the true for the false,
You overlook the heart
And fill yourself with desire.

See the false as the false,
the true as the true.
Look into your heart.
Follow your nature.
