vegan for three months

I went vegan again and i am now at three months. For me, being vegan is a spiritual thing. I think it is the right thing for me to do at this time. Being a vegetarian is EASY because meat is not very interesting to me. However, cheese is definitely interesting, so its a sacrifice. But, it is certainly easier in 2009 than it was in the early 90's. In the 80's I didn't even know what vegan was and I was a vegetarian and interested. Things have certainly changed.
