This is so real. My doctor perscribed 10 deep breaths in the morning and the evening to help with stress related weight gain. I started doing it last night and already I've had some serious awakenings of awareness and enlightenment. Like a lot of spiritual practices, I had already learned this and forgotten and had to be reminded again.
I am seriously convienced that breathing is a major power house of awakening. We know this, but yet we seem to forget.
