0. Find a mission in life and never give it up. Make your mission something that you can never complete in your lifetime. Make it grand.

1. Prepare to say goodbye to everything, including what you think of as you.

2. Search for treasure everyday because God sends you treasure.

3. Don't sweat the evil people. Instead focus on the pain you are causing yourself and others. (forgive our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us)

4. Fight all of your addictions with more intensity than you fight any other enemy.

5. Care for your body like you would care for a baby in your care. Love it and it will bring you joy. Ignore it and it will cry like hell when you are trying to sleep.
